Year we started
Our Story
Fun Casino started in 2006 with a single roulette table and a simple idea: give people the atmosphere of a casino floor without anyone risking a penny. Two decades and more than 5,600 events later, that idea has not changed.
What has changed is the scale. We have run tables at company Christmas parties, wedding receptions, milestone birthdays, product launches, awards evenings and charity fundraisers. We have set up in five-star hotels, marquees in fields, office canteens and village halls — and learned something useful at nearly all of them.
Today we run three branches. Fun Casino covers Cape Town and the Western Cape, Gaming Events covers Johannesburg and Gauteng, and Fun Casino Kent is the newest of the three.
Based in Canterbury, we now bring the same tables, the same croupiers and the same standard of service to corporate and private events across Kent and the South East of England.

The equipment matters
Real casino-quality tables, proper chips, and a wheel that spins the way it should. Guests can tell the difference between a genuine table and a folding one with felt stapled to it, even if they never say so.

The croupier makes the night
A good croupier does more than deal. They read the table, bring in the guest hovering nervously at the edge, and make a first-time player feel like they know what they are doing within a hand or two.

The host should not have to think about it
We arrive early, set up, run the tables, and clear everything away. On the night you should be enjoying your own event, not managing your entertainment supplier.
Why 5,600 Events Matters
Not because the number is impressive on its own, but because of what it means when something goes sideways on the night.
A venue changes the room layout an hour before doors. Sixty guests turn into ninety. The function room has one plug socket and it is behind a piano. After two decades, there is very little we have not already dealt with — and that is the difference between an evening that runs smoothly and one the host spends firefighting.
It also means we can tell you honestly how many tables your event actually needs, rather than how many we would like to sell you.

Are your croupiers professionally trained?
Yes. Every croupier is trained to run their table properly and, just as importantly, to teach guests who have never played before without making them feel out of their depth.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry public liability insurance and can supply documentation directly to your venue if they request it before your event.
Do you handle setup and pack-down?
Yes. Our team arrives ahead of your event to set up the tables, and clears everything away afterwards. You do not need to provide any equipment, staff or storage.
Is real gambling involved?
No. All play uses fun money. Guests cannot win or lose real money, which is what makes Fun Casino events suitable for corporate functions, weddings and family occasions alike.
What size events do you cover?
Everything from intimate private parties of twenty or thirty guests to large corporate functions in the hundreds. Table numbers scale with your guest count, and we will advise on how many you actually need.
Can you work directly with our event planner or venue?
Yes, and we usually do. We are happy to coordinate with event planners, venue managers and in-house AV teams on layout, access times and timings so you are not relaying details back and forth.
Where is Fun Casino Kent based?
We are based at 13 Kemsing Gardens in Canterbury, Kent, and operate across Kent, the South East and Greater London — generally anywhere within about two hours of Canterbury.
