What can I buy from the Fun Casino Kent shop?
Fun Casino gift vouchers in £200, £500 and £1,000 values, plus digital guides on planning a casino event and running a fundraising casino night. Beginner guides to blackjack, roulette and poker are coming soon.
What is a Fun Casino gift voucher?
A gift certificate redeemable against any Fun Casino Kent booking in our service area. It arrives by email as a personalised certificate with a unique code, and can be put towards part or all of an event.
Are gift vouchers a good present idea?
They work well for anyone difficult to buy for, particularly as a Christmas or milestone birthday gift. Companies also use them as client gifts, staff rewards and raffle prizes.
How do I redeem a gift voucher?
Quote your voucher code when you enquire about a booking and the value is deducted from your quote. Nothing else to do.
Can I give the voucher to someone else?
Yes. Vouchers are fully transferable — the person you give it to can redeem it in their own name, and can pass it on again if they want to.
Can a voucher be exchanged for cash?
No. Vouchers can only be redeemed against a Fun Casino Kent booking. If your booking comes to less than the voucher value, the difference is not refunded, so it is worth checking with us before redeeming against a smaller event.
How long is a voucher valid for?
Twelve months from the date of purchase. If the recipient wants to use it close to that deadline, get in touch early — popular dates, particularly in December, book up well ahead.
Can a voucher cover a whole event?
It depends on the size of your event. A £1,000 voucher goes a long way towards a multi-table booking — and any booking of two tables or more includes our free decor, red carpet, stanchion pole and oversized dice package.
How do I pay?
All purchases are processed securely through PayPal at checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card.
How quickly will I receive my voucher or eBook?
Vouchers and eBook download links are sent by email after purchase. If you need something for a particular date, tell us when you order and we will make sure it arrives in time.
What eBooks are available?
Currently How to Plan the Perfect Fun Casino Event and How to Raise Funds with a Fun Casino Night, both £10. Beginner guides to blackjack, roulette and Texas Hold'em are coming soon.
Can a charity use your fundraising guide?
Yes. How to Raise Funds with a Fun Casino Night is written specifically for charities, schools, clubs and community fundraisers planning a casino-themed event that needs to raise money.
Do I get a receipt or invoice?
PayPal issues a payment receipt automatically. If your company needs a formal invoice — common with larger voucher purchases used as client gifts — get in touch and we will provide one.
Can I buy a voucher for someone outside Kent?
Vouchers are redeemable against Fun Casino Kent bookings, so the event needs to be somewhere we cover — Kent, the South East, or London and surrounds. Check the locations page or ask us before buying.
Tell us your date, your venue and roughly how many guests you are expecting, and Fun Casino Kent will come back with a tailored quote — no obligation, no pressure.
