These terms apply to bookings made with Fun Casino, 13 Kemsing Gardens, Canterbury CT2 7RE, and to purchases made through this website. Please read them before booking.

1. What we provide

Fun Casino provides mobile casino entertainment: casino tables, equipment, fun-money chips and professional croupiers, for the period agreed in your booking confirmation.

All play uses fun money. No real money is staked, and no real money or prize of monetary value can be won through play at our tables. Our events are entertainment and do not constitute gambling under UK law.

2. Quotes and bookings

Quotes are based on the information you give us — guest numbers, venue, date, duration and number of tables. If those details change, the price may change, and we will tell you before proceeding.

A quote is not a booking. Your booking is confirmed once we have confirmed the date in writing and received any deposit due.

Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date we send them. After that, please ask us to re-confirm, as availability and costs may have changed.

3. Payment

A deposit of 50% of the total is payable when you book. This secures your date — we do not hold dates without it.

The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before your event.

We are happy to invoice companies with full details for your finance or procurement team. If your organisation requires a purchase order or has its own payment process, tell us early so we can work with it.

4. Cancellation

If you cancel

Deposits are non-refundable, but they are not lost. If you cancel, we will hold your deposit as credit against a rebooked event taking place within 6 months of the original date. You can rebook to any available date in that period.

If you cancel after the balance has been paid, the balance is refunded and the deposit is held as rebooking credit in the same way.

If you do not rebook within 6 months, the deposit is retained.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel for any reason within our control, you will receive a full refund of everything you have paid, including the deposit. Where we can, we will also help you find an alternative supplier.

5. Your venue

You are responsible for making sure the venue is suitable and available. We need:

Reasonable access for bringing the tables in and out

Enough floor space for each table plus room for the croupier and standing guests

A standard mains power supply

Access to set up before your event and to clear away afterwards

If you are unsure whether your venue works, tell us before booking and we will advise. If we arrive and cannot set up because access, space or power are not as described, we may be unable to run the event and our cancellation terms will apply.

6. On the night

Our croupiers run the tables and manage play. We ask that guests treat our staff and equipment reasonably. We reserve the right to stop play or end our attendance early, without refund, if our staff are subjected to abuse or if guest behaviour makes it unsafe to continue.

You are responsible for any loss of or damage to our equipment caused by you or your guests, beyond fair wear.

7. Two tables or more

Bookings of two tables or more include our decor package at no additional charge: event decor, a 5-metre red carpet, four stanchion poles and two oversized casino dice. These items remain our property and are collected at the end of your event.

8. Gift vouchers

Vouchers are redeemable against Fun Casino bookings within our service area. They are issued by email with a unique code, which must be quoted when enquiring.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are transferable — you can pass one on to someone else, and they can redeem it in their own name.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. If the value of your booking is less than the voucher, the difference is not refunded, so it is worth checking with us before redeeming against a smaller event.

If a voucher covers only part of a booking, the balance is payable under our normal payment terms above.

9. Digital downloads

Our eBooks are supplied as digital downloads for personal use. They may not be resold or redistributed.

Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right is lost once the download begins, provided you have agreed to this. By completing your purchase and downloading, you agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel.

10. Insurance and liability

We carry public liability insurance and can supply documentation to your venue on request.

We are not liable for loss or damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including venue closure, extreme weather, road closures or vehicle breakdown. Where something outside our control prevents us attending, we will do everything reasonable to find an alternative or refund you.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

11. Photography

We may ask whether we can take photographs at your event for our website and social media. We will always ask first, and you can decline without it affecting anything else.

12. Complaints

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
