Our enquiry form asks for your first and last name, email address, contact number, event type, event area, guest numbers, and optionally your event date, venue and any message you add. We collect this so we can prepare a quote and reply to you.
We hold whatever you choose to send us, along with your phone number or email address, so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation.
Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not see or store your card details. We receive confirmation of the purchase along with the name and email address needed to send your voucher or download link.
Our site embeds Google Maps, which may set cookies and collect information about your visit. We describe this further under Cookies below.
To respond to enquiries and prepare quotes — because you have asked us to, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to potential customers.
To deliver a booking you have made — to perform our contract with you.
To fulfil shop orders — to perform our contract with you.
To keep accounting and tax records — to comply with our legal obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it to anyone.
We do not add enquirers to a marketing list automatically. If we ever want to send you marketing, we will ask for your consent first, and you can withdraw it at any time.
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
Hostinger — hosts this website and our email. Enquiry form submissions are processed on our own server and delivered straight to our mailbox; they are not passed to any third-party form service.
PayPal — processes shop payments. PayPal is a data controller in its own right; see its privacy notice.
Google — provides the embedded map on our contact and location pages.
WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to message us that way.
Our accountant — where booking records are needed for tax and accounting purposes.
We may also share information where we are legally required to, for example with HMRC or in response to a lawful request.
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to two years, so we can pick up a conversation if you come back to us. Records relating to actual bookings and purchases are kept for six years, which is the period required for UK tax and accounting purposes. After that they are deleted.
Some of our service providers are based outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred internationally, it is protected by an adequacy decision or by standard contractual clauses approved for use in the UK.

Ask us to delete your data, where we have no ongoing lawful reason to keep it
Object to or ask us to restrict how we use it
